Outside of work, Ryan enjoys traveling with his family, camping, and cycling.

Susan is passionate about advancing public health by bringing innovative medical products to market and making them accessible to consumers. With over 20 years of retail experience, she has a strong focus on over-the-counter sales and has successfully partnered with mass merchants and major drug chains. Susan excels at building strong relationships and motivating teams. Her problem-solving approach incorporates teamwork, efficient communication, thoughtful analysis, and actionable follow-through. Having a fulfilling career, along with her husband, three daughters, and her goldendoodle Phoebe, completes Susan’s world, along with her love for travel, family, and friends.

Sa has spent 10 years at Confirm Biosciences overseeing the organization’s financial reporting. Specializing in building and leading the accounting team from the ground up, Sa is passionate about improving process efficiency and automation, with a focus on data integrity and scalable system for growth. Outside of work, Sa enjoys art, crafts, and sunset hikes along San Diego’s trails and beaches.

Gabriel specializes in logistics, operations, and building strong teams. With years of experience in distribution, he’s tackled challenges head on and enjoys finding practical solutions that keep things moving smoothly. He’s passionate about problem solving, helping people grow in their careers, and leading with a servant-leadership while staying focused on results. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and kids, there’s always something new going on when you’ve got a big family.

Vinit is a seasoned executive with 20+ years in product, commercialization, private label strategy, and nationwide growth across health and wellness. Her experience spans OTC retail, merchandising, large venue operations, and medical device commercialization—recognized for scaling teams, optimizing costs, and driving revenue through strategic execution and retail partnerships. Grounded in integrity and a people-first mindset, she builds high-performance teams through trust, clarity, and accountability. An avid sports fan, traveler, outdoor enthusiast, and home cook, she leads with energy, creativity, and team spirit.

Heather specializes in inventory management, regulatory oversight, FDA processes, and sourcing innovative products across retail including women’s health, drugs of abuse, and infectious disease. With 25 years of experience leading supply chain operations and customer service initiatives—including 5 years in the medical device industry and 20 years managing inventory and logistics in the theme park industry—She brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise. She is deeply committed to helping companies and teams exceed their goals, with a passion for training, collaboration, and uplifting those around her. As a recurring speaker for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), Heather has shared insights on team engagement, loss prevention, and inventory strategy with industry professionals from around the world.

Liz is passionate about elevating and enhancing brands through creative and unique marketing strategies, eye-catching designs, and filling product portfolio gaps. With over 10 years of retail marketing experience, she has brought countless products from concept to launch and has led growth strategies to develop brands in continuously evolving industries. In her spare time, Liz enjoys weightlifting, cooking, and playing video games.

Junior specializes in end to end supply chain management, including order fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, and client relations. He partners closely with the IT department to address integration issues and implement systems that improve logistics efficiency and accuracy. With a strong background in inventory management and warehousing, he excels at optimizing workflows, balancing supply and demand, and driving operational excellence. Junior is driven by creating reliable, efficient processes and takes an analytical, solution focused approach to problem solving, valuing teamwork, open communication, and lasting results. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the city, and supporting local small businesses from food and coffee to clothing and unique shops.

Krysta specializes in research, customer insights, and data analysis to identify market gaps and bring emerging products to life. With 7 years of product management experience across industries from fintech to education to medical devices, she has successfully guided multiple products from concept to launch. She is passionate about understanding user needs and turning them into impactful solutions that improve everyday lives. Outside of work, Krysta enjoys running, watching live music and spending time at the beach with friends.

Zoey is focused on creating an organized project system for the company. With a background in manufacturing and over 6 years in the CPG industry, Zoey has managed a variety of projects from concept to launch. She is passionate about organization and creating pathways for clear communication. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying the outdoors or doing arts & crafts.

Bonnie’s focus is on building and maintaining strong relationships with our deeply valued clients, monitoring market trends and gathering and sharing customer feedback for continuous improvement. With a background in both laboratory and instant point of care diagnostic services, Bonnie has over 25 years of industry experience to share with our clients and teammates. She is passionate about transparency, integrity, building and maintaining strong relationships, and delivering service excellence. She approaches problem-solving with urgency, always prioritizing client needs. Outside of work, you can find her attending a San Diego FC soccer match or spending time with friends and family.
